About Beaakon

Beaakon was built for one reason: too many families struggle to get the right support for their child, and too many brilliant SEND professionals never get the chance to help them.

The SEND system can feel impossible to navigate. Waiting lists are long, information is scattered, and parents often feel alone. At the same time, SENCOs, SEND teachers, and learning support staff have years of expertise that could make a real difference to families outside their school.

Beaakon connects the two. We give parents direct access to experienced, vetted SEND professionals who can help with everything from EHCP applications to behaviour strategies to school meeting preparation. And we give those professionals a simple way to use their skills to help more families - on their own time, on their own terms.

What we believe

• Every child deserves the right support. Not just the ones whose parents know how to navigate the system.
• Teachers know best. The people who work with children every day have the most practical, actionable advice.
• Help should be accessible. No jargon, no gatekeeping, no six-month waiting lists.
