Beaakon is a platform that connects parents with SEND professionals. We provide the technology and tools to facilitate these connections but do not employ the specialists listed on our platform.
By using Beaakon, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform responsibly, and respect the other users of our service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Specialists on Beaakon are independent professionals. While we verify identity, DBS checks, and qualifications, we do not guarantee outcomes or endorse specific advice given during sessions.
Specialists set their own rates. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Beaakon takes a small platform fee from each completed session. Refund policies will be outlined at launch.
Cancellation policies are set by individual specialists and displayed on their profiles. We encourage giving at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
Beaakon acts as a marketplace connecting parents with specialists. We are not liable for the advice, actions, or outcomes resulting from sessions booked through our platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
