Why a flat £45?

Because SEND support shouldn't come with a calculator. Every specialist, every session type, every parent: same price. You always know what you're paying.

Is it really £45 for every specialist?

Yes. Educational Psychologist, SENCO, SaLT, OT, ABA practitioner. £45 each, same length session, same level of detail.

What if I need more than one session?

Book as many as you need. Each one is £45. Most parents book 1 to 3 sessions to work through a specific challenge.

Can I get a refund?

If your first session doesn't land, we'll refund it in full or rematch you for free. After that, sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before they happen.

Is there a subscription or membership fee?

No. You pay £45 per session, only when you book. There's nothing to cancel because there's nothing recurring.

What if I can't afford £45?

Get in touch. We hold back a small number of sponsored sessions each month for families in genuine financial hardship.

Can I use EHCP funding to pay?

Yes, if your local authority allows direct payments and your EHCP allocates funding for specialist input. We can provide invoices in the format LAs typically request.

How do I pay?

Card payment online when you book. Receipt is emailed straight away.
